The short version: you buy a prepaid data plan, it is delivered instantly, unused eSIMs are refundable, installed ones are not. The details follow.

What you are buying
We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans — digital products delivered electronically. A plan gives you mobile data in the destinations listed on the plan page, for the data amount and validity period shown. Plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS unless the plan page says otherwise.
Device compatibility
Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Please check compatibility before buying (see the FAQ) — an eSIM cannot be moved to another device once installed. If an eSIM could not be installed because the device is locked or incompatible and the eSIM is unused, contact us and we will help under the refund policy.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable; the VAT amount is itemised at checkout based on your billing address. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the full and final price.
Delivery and withdrawal
Your eSIM is delivered immediately after payment: the QR code is shown on screen and sent to the email address you provide. By purchasing, you request immediate delivery of this digital content and acknowledge that once the eSIM has been installed or its data used, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies. Unused eSIMs remain refundable under the refund policy.
Refunds
If an eSIM fails to provision after payment, your payment is refunded automatically. Everything else is covered by the Refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Fair use and coverage
Data speeds depend on the local networks at your destination; plans marked with a daily high-speed allowance continue at reduced speed after the allowance is used, as described on the plan page. Coverage and speed claims describe the partner networks' service and cannot be guaranteed at every location.
Liability
We are liable as required by law. We are not liable for loss caused by circumstances outside our control, such as local network outages or your device's configuration. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
