An eSIM is a digital SIM that installs on your phone without a physical card. You get a QR code, scan it, and your data plan is ready — no swapping SIMs.
Most phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM (iPhone XS and later, recent Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and more). Your device must be carrier-unlocked.
How do I install my eSIM?
+
After purchase you'll see a QR code and, on iPhone (iOS 17.4+), a one-tap install button. You can also enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually in your phone's settings.
When should I install it?
+
You can install it before you travel. Most plans start counting validity from first network connection in the destination, but check the plan details.
If an eSIM fails to provision, you're refunded automatically. Unused eSIMs can be cancelled — contact support and we'll help.
Which payment methods do you accept?
+
All major cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay, via our secure Stripe checkout.
