Refund policy

Refunds for Non-Activated Data Plans

You may request a full refund only if your eSIM has not been installed or activated and the request is made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.


No Refunds for Activated Data Plans

Once an eSIM has been installed and its Data Plan activated, it is considered used, and no refunds will be granted, regardless of usage.


Refund Restrictions

Simplicel reserves the right to refuse refunds under the following circumstances:

Abuse or Fraud: If there is evidence of repeated refund requests, violations of our Terms, or fraudulent activity.

Unrelated Charges: Refunds will not be provided for costs related to alternative devices, SIM cards, providers, hotel phones, or any other charges not directly linked to your Simplicel account.
